- Revamped PwC's performance management tool to fuel a culture focused on personalized development, transparency, teamwork, and equity. Led the end-to-end UX and UI design, collaborating closely with business, a large development team and end-users to simplify workflows and integrate technology-driven solutions.
UX research to understand pain points
AI for brainstorming and ideation
- Focused on increasing user adoption of Sightline, an internal tool designed to facilitate the creation, management, and conversion of opportunities into actionable engagements.
Qualitative research to uncover user behaviors
AI to analyze feedback trends
Data driven design solutions
- Drove the UX strategy to transition a legacy Excel-based surplus calculation tool into a faster, more efficient application. Defined design objectives aligned with the rebuild's goals, developed a clear sitemap, and assembled the UI library to ensure alignment with the brand identity.
